Republican Matt Pinnell to be Oklahoma's Lieutenant Governor

Republican Matt Pinnell from Tulsa will be the next Lieutenant Governor for Oklahoma.

Pinnell garnered 62 percent of the vote and defeated Democrat Anastasia Pittman and Independent Ivan Holmes.

Pinnell was the youngest Republican Party chairman in the country when he was elected as the Oklahoma Republican party chair. He has also served as National State Party Director for the Republican National Committee and is an advocate for smaller government, less regulation and pro-growth business environments.
