RCSO: Teen girl says she was raped, held against her will for 2 days

The Owasso Police Department says a suspect is in custody after a reported kidnapping call out of Rogers County.

Police say they responded around 11:20 a.m. to help the Rogers County Sheriff's Office with the incident at a home near 98th Street North and 161st East Avenue. A 15-year-old girl is being treated for injuries at the scene, authorities say.

The Rogers County Sheriff's Office says deputies received a call from a 15-year-old girl at the home saying she'd been abducted from the 11th and Garnett area in Tulsa. The victim told the sheriff's office that she was raped.

It's not clear how serious the victim's injuries are.

The suspect, James Hurt, is a registered sex offender in Oklahoma.
