The Oklahoma City Fire Department got a call for a house fire in the 2100 block of SW 15th Street, near S. Youngs Blvd., at 7 p.m. Sunday.

On arrival fire fighters reported all four sides of the home were well involved with fire. Within about 15 minutes the fire was under control and it was determined the fire was at 1512 Rockwood Ave.

The firefighters determined the house was vacant and, according to officials at the scene, they had reports from neighbors that a transient was seen standing outside the house after the fire had started.

At this time investigators believe the fire was intentionally set.
