The Depew Police Department says a Colorado woman is in jail after a traffic stop led to a drug arrest.

They say 52-year-old Nancy Nelson allegedly brought meth into Creek County.

During a traffic stop on Thanksgiving, officers say, they found nearly 40 grams of meth prepackaged for sale and say they also found cash and drug paraphernalia.

Nelson also has prior convictions in Colorado for manufacturing meth.

She is being held at the Creek County jail on multiple complaints, including drug trafficking, driving under suspension, and carrying a concealed weapon.
