This weekend "Hamilton" wraps up a three-week run at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center.
An Oklahoma native has been amazing audiences every night of the show.
"When I finally got it, I couldn't believe it because of course everybody wants to be a part of Hamilton," said Erin Clemons.
Clemons is a Lawton native who has worked hard to achieve her success.
Right now you can see her starring as Eliza, Alexander Hamilton's wife, a character she was drawn to for many reasons.
"Her tenacity to keep going when things got hard and the way just her heart was so big for her husband," said Clemons.
For Clemons, life on the road is busy and fun.
"Sometimes when we rehearse a typical day would be like I wake up, I work out, I meditate, I walk my dog, now I have him on tour, and then it kind of depends I'll go eat with someone or like go to the Gathering Place, do something fun and then sort of like start prepping for the show," said Clemons.
It's a show that 13-year-old Annabelle Gentling won lottery tickets to see in Tulsa.
She says three weeks ago she actually got to learn from Mrs. Hamilton in person at an OKC workshop.
"I took a class with her and we got to sing in front of her and then get feedback from her and it was really cool," said Gentling.
And now she’ll get to see Clemons on stage for the first time only reinforcing those lessons.
"If you have a big dream go for it, work hard and get all the information you can and if you really believe it's possible then it is," said Clemons.
The down to earth star also has a message for you.
"Thank you guys all for the support and for loving me like I'm one of your own," said Clemons.
Tickets are still available for the remaining shows this weekend.
If you're headed to see the show, be aware, the parking garage between the PAC and the Hyatt Regency will be closed Saturday and Sunday because of construction.
